The idea
Room to live generously
Utopia by AGI is made for families who want space. All 661 residences are three bedrooms or larger, and two in every three are 4 or 5 BHK homes. Few apartment communities in the Tricity are this weighted towards large homes.
The homes are arranged across a ground-plus-31-storey development on 10.26 acres, a single master-planned land parcel on Madhya Marg in New Chandigarh, opposite Marbella Twin Towers.
AGI Infra disclosed the project to the stock exchanges as a premium group housing colony with planned amenities and conveniences for residents. The detailed amenity list, specifications and architectural plans are published by the promoter in its official brochure, which we can share on request.

AGI Infra Limited
AGI Infra Limited (formerly G.I. Builders Pvt. Ltd.) was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in Jalandhar, Punjab. The company builds group housing and commercial projects and is listed on the BSE (539042) and NSE (AGIIL).
Its residential work includes Jalandhar Heights, Jalandhar Heights-2, AGI Smart Homes, AGI Sky Garden, AGI Palace and Urbana by AGI in Jalandhar, and AGI Sky Villas in Ludhiana. Utopia is its first project in New Chandigarh.
